HI-TEC-C Gel Ink Pen / Pilot

The pen tip has adopted Pilot's unique "3-point support tip," which is a fine stainless steel pipe with three indentations at its end that holds an ultra-hard ball with a diameter of 0.25mm. By supporting the ball at a "point," the area of friction is reduced, enabling a natural rotation and a smooth writing experience. Furthermore, to achieve an extremely fine line width, we developed "nano gel ink" that does not bleed on paper while minimizing the size of the ball. Using ultra-fine particle size biopolymers that reach the nano-scale (one billionth of a meter), the ink flows smoothly from the ultra-fine pen tip, allowing for clear, non-blurring writing.
